Dr. Perotti was born in Alaska and grew up in Kona, Hawaii. During undergraduate studies at University of Hawaii, and throughout grad school at Life Chiropractic College-West (LCCW) in Hayward, CA she worked as a licensed massage therapist for several practices gaining exceptional clinical and palpation skills. Reno, NV became home in 2004, and she proudly opened her family practice, Advanced Health Chiropractic (AHC). AHC quickly grew and became a fun and thriving environment for health and healing. This practice specializes in safe, natural non-surgical spinal decompression & class 4 laser therapy to help our patients avoid risky, dangerous and often unnecessary drugs and surgery.
In 2009, Dr. Perotti was invited to be the Official Reno Aces Chiropractor. She is an affiliate of the Professional Baseball Chiropractic Society (PBCS). This is a specialized group of doctors who treat MLB and MILB players. They meet for training twice per year to continue to learn, improve and offer the most trusted and effective therapies and techniques available. Her passion is promoting safe, natural healthcare to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on disc health, pediatrics and sports. Since 2005, she has been a Designated State of Nevada Impairment Rater for Permanent Partial Disability ratings (PPDs), as well as an Expert Witness and IME doctor.
Dr. Perotti was inspired to open a second practice to offer primary care as well as safe, natural pain-management using PRP (platelet rich plasma), Vitamin IV Hydration, along with many other options to promote health and healing for the families here in Northern Nevada. She is a proud mom of two beautiful daughters, Madison and Morgan. Madison enjoys working at AHC and will be attending UNR fall of 2022. Dr. Perotti enjoys horseback riding (with her daughter, Morgan), hiking and working out. She is consistently training and improving not only her skills, but adding the most up-to-date technology and techniques to better serve the Reno-Tahoe & Sparks areas of Northern Nevada. She is passionate about improving and growing her knowledge and skills in the field of healthcare.
Dr. Rachel grew up in Southern California. Family is of the utmost importance to her and she is moving to Reno from Santa Cruz, Ca to live closer to her sister! She found chiropractic as she was going to school for her BA in Psychology and took an Anthropological Alternative Healing Methods class that opened her mind up to all the amazing fields within natural health care. She later worked as a Chiropractic Assistant to learn more about the profession & within 3 short weeks of seeing amazing healing journeys and learning about the powerful healing potential of the human body she knew she had found her life’s purpose.
This inspired her to change her major to pre-med and go to school to become a Chiropractor so that she could offer this type of healing to her community. She attended Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, Ca & graduated in 2018. During her time in school she obtained extensive training in Pediatric & Prenatal care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is Webster Certified for prenatal care.
Although Dr. Rachel’s specialty is in Pediatric & Prenatal care, she is very passionate about helping everyone from minutes old to 120! Her gentle adjusting techniques give her the ability to work with all ages in a way that honors the body while correcting its misalignments.

I was born and raised in Hungary. After high school, I was a professional handball player and my team had a massage therapist. Nothing felt better on my tired aching muscles than a massage. When I finished with handball, I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. I attended massage school in Hungary with a focus in the energy work known as Prana-Nadi. I learned the basic technique of medical, deep tissue, and sport massage. In 1995 I moved to Reno, Nevada and continued taking classes for massage. I specialize in sports massage, deep tissue, prenatal, neuro-muscular massage, hot stone, face lifting, lymphatic drainage, carpal tunnel, and sciatica.
